Terms of Use

Welcome to TrigLux! These Terms of Use govern the relationship between you (hereinafter – "User") and the owner of the TrigLux service (hereinafter – "Service", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Subject of the agreement

TrigLux provides the User with access to a web‑based email marketing automation tool (trigger chains), as well as related setup, integration, and technical support services.

2. Registration and access

• To use the Service, the User registers and receives an account (clientId and password).
• The User undertakes to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• All actions performed using the User's credentials are deemed to be actions of the User themselves.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

TrigLux undertakes to:

• Provide 24/7 access to the Service, except during scheduled technical maintenance.
• Provide technical support during business hours.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the User's data.

The User undertakes to:

• Use the Service in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
• Not send spam, nor use the Service for mailings that violate the rights of third parties.
• Independently ensure the legality of collecting email addresses of their customers.

4. Pricing and payment

• The cost of services is determined according to the current pricing plan posted on the website.
• Payments are made monthly. The first month's fee is paid after connection.
• In case of overdue payment, access to the Service may be restricted.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property objects that are part of the Service belong to TrigLux. The User has no right to copy, modify, or distribute them without written consent.

6. Liability

• TrigLux shall not be liable for damages caused by unlawful actions of the User or failures of third‑party email servers.
• TrigLux's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last month of using the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to the Service if the User violates these Terms or if there is a security threat. The User may terminate the agreement at any time by sending a notice.

8. Changes to terms

TrigLux may change these Terms. Changes will be announced on the website or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
